About this positionAptiv is seeking qualified and motivated candidates to join the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) which is designed to develop Aptiv’s next generation of leadership. The program offers key finance development positions, an extensive finance and leadership training program, meaningful interaction with senior leadership both inside and outside of the finance organization, and positions across the scope of Aptiv’s global operations.
For bachelor and master graduates, the program consists of three rotations, with at least one as an international assignment. For MBA graduates, the program consists of two rotations, with one as an international assignment. FLDP positions are throughout the finance organization, both centrally and within our divisions, in all functions across the finance organization, including:
Accounting Corporate Development (M&A and Strategy) Financial Planning & Analysis Internal Audit Investor Relations Tax Treasury
The program is led by senior Aptiv finance professionals and mentors and is committed to developing strong leaders for the future with the opportunity for accelerated career growth. Following successful completion of this rigorous program, employees are placed in positions that continue to provide development opportunities and increasing responsibility.
International assignments may also be a possibility.
Education / Qualifications:
Finance or accounting majors strongly preferred Minimum GPA of 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale) Strong analytical and problem solving skills Detail oriented Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal skills Leadership capability – campus or other organization leadership experience ideal
