1. Overseeing the production of 80,000-120,000 wean-finishand/or grow-finish spaces.

2. Ensure all SOP’s are implemented and hold site managersand contract growers accountable for processes.

3. Follow all Animal Welfare and Biosecurity policies and procedures.

4. Maintain facilities, equipment and machinery in excellentworking condition.

5. Conduct regular farm visits, complete all pertinent paperwork, and follow-up with grower/site manager inwritten and/or verbal form.

6. Coordinate, communicate, and manage the internal andexternal pig movements. This includes weaned pigs, feeder pigs, and market hogs

7. Carry out vaccination schedule, and manage the on-sitepharmaceutical inventory as well as administrationprocesses and withdrawal time.

8. Maintain a veterinarian/client/patient relationship with thecompany’s veterinarians, and adhere to their guidelineswith regards to herd health and improvement.

9. Incorporate the core principles of PQA+ and TQA10. Entrust in the company’s mission, vision, values, and

RN – (CHARGE NURSE) - MEDICAL UNIT – (FT, rotating between 12 and 8 hour shifts, working day,evening and night shifts when needed). Must have current IA license and previous hospital experience.RN-MEDICAL UNIT - (FT, rotating day/evening shifts and occasional nights) Must have current IA license. PreferMed/Surg experience.

RN – EMERGENCY ROOM - (FT, 12 hour shifts) Must have current IA license and 2-3 years RN experience, preferablyin the ER. BLS and ACLS certification required.

MEDICAL LAB TECH or MT - (FT, Four 10 hour shifts) Must have an Associate degree (MLT) or Bachelors degree(MT). Must be willing to share call.

EMT-PARAMEDIC SPECIALIST - (FT and Casual PT positions) Must have EMT-P certification from the State of Iowa.Prefer 2 years experience working as an EMT-P and be comfortable assisting in the ER department within their scope of practice.

RN - SURGERY - (FT) Must have current RN license. Prefer minimum 2 years operating room experience. Sharing callduties required.

PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT - (FT) Candidate must be licensed PTA and able to work rotating shifts.

CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTANT - (FT, rotating day and evening shifts) Must have CNA certification and be computer

proficient. Assists with patient cares and also functions as Unit Secretary.

DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES - (FT) Must haveBachelors Degree in Business Administration, PersonnelManagement or related field. Demonstrated knowledge ofhuman resource practices and principles, employment law andcompliance needed. PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
