Tubular Management Data System

• The Eurotechnology Total Tubular Management is the “One Stop Shop” solution for the end users, targeted generally at the drilling contractor and smaller companies trying to reduce overhead and focus on their core competencies. The service incorporates the following aspects of management control:

• Logistic Control / Material Management

– State of the art tracking systems

– Material Reporting

– Web based proprietary Material Tracking system

• Eurotechnology also offers Storage Facilities including 24/7 recordable video surveillance

– Short and long term

– Specially designed storage racking systems

• Load in / load out and transportation organized for the end user

• Each client is registered in

the tubular management

system and are given a

login password and a

dedicated file for data

storage, this enables the

client to review reports,

transfer material from rig to

shore or rig to rig if

required via the delivery

note.



• The functionality of the system was developed to

ensure full traceability is maintained from when the

material is received and throughout its serviceable

life span including storage in Eurotechnology

service facilities

• The system enables the client to track equipment

and as long as the delivery note system is adhered

to, the client can deliver from point A to point B and

the system will automatically update the following

fields: • Delivered from where and to where

• Date and time of dispatch

• Date and time of receipt noted in the system



• The Delivery Note is

raised to the client and

by the client back to

Eurotechnology,

• When raised, the

delivery ticket can be

emailed from the system

direct to the customers

office and the relevant

rig, which has a positive

impact when it comes to

time lining a process

whatever that may be



• Once the client has

logged into FOCS the

Eurotechnology data

management system, it

automatically takes them

to the main menu where

they have access to

various information from

reports to stock and

statistics controlled by a

strict confidentiality

regime agreed with the

client.



Reports

• The system is set up with a number of reports

covering all aspects of the OCTG & Drill Stem

components

• The next few slides are a sample of these

reports.

• Each report is specifically designed to contain

all of the attributes covered in the international

NDT Dimensional Acceptance standards criteria

Stock Reports

This section controls the client inventory irrespective where

it may be,

The key to this scenario is Eurotechnology along with its

client when entering in to a service contract will take a

complete inventory of the clients movable equipment, it’s

then implemented into FOC serial dimensions from new or

used tubulars and equipment and the items current

location.

Stock Report

• The stock report

identifies where

all of the material

is whether it is in

the yard, in

transit, on the rig

or in for repair at

an machine shop



Stock list

• Generated

from the

stock report is

a list detailing

all of the

clients

equipment

and its

location



Wear Report

• During the lifespan of the

tubular, tool or equipment they

will get inspected and repaired

several times

• With the implementation of

FOCS, a key part of this

function is that all dimensions

are monitored and the wear

report is generated indicating

how much wear the tool has

been subject to since the last

inspection.

Statistical Report

• FOCS also enables

the Client to review

the statistics of their

equipment whether

singly or as a

batch,

detailed is the

amount of time the

item is on the rig, in

either in the field or

machine shop
