The Integrated Common Electronics Card (ICE) is a single board design that replaces the existing CPU, memory (RAM/ROM), Trend, & both Data Hiway Interface cards for the Hiway devices. The ICE supports Data Hiway user requirements for economical continuation of process controls and process interface functions which are crucial for safe and stable process plant operations. CFHD-S and CFHD-D

A CompactFlash upgrade for yourHistory Module, with no moving

Solid State technologyThis CompactFlash-based SCSI drive emulates the Seagate hard drives used with Honeywell’s History Module, in a single drive or dual logical configuration. The industrial-grade CompactFlash offers high reliability with no moving parts.

Seagate EmulationThe CFHD-S is configured to emulate a single Seagate SCSI hard drive, in the older, pre-dual logical configuration. It uses the same power and data connections as the original Seagate hard drive, and is configured for the SCSI address of the drive it replaces. The CFHD-D emulates, the more recent, dual logical SCSI hard drive with the same capacity but better performance as the original hard drive.

Easy install, single drive onlyThis replacement drive installs easily into an HM drive tray, mounted lengthwise. The CFHD-S cannot be mounted in the transverse configuration of the original drive because of dimensional constraints. For this reason, this drive cannot be used in a dual-drive configuration. The drive tray for lengthwise mounting is available from WPC (it’s the same tray as that used with the dual-logical drive).

Synchs like the original With a redundant installation, the new drive can be synchronized with the existing drive, as would be done with an original Seagate drive. For non-redundant installation, the new drive may be restored from a back-up of your HM drive.

Low maintenanceThe solid-state design and lack of moving parts results in a low-power disk replacement which requires no periodic maintenance. 5-year replacement of the CF card is recommended.

A Simple, Hardware Only Solution…

The HPI-3010 connects to most Universal Stations using a standard RS 232 cable (supplied with the unit). The printer connects to one side of the interface using a standard USB cable (also supplied). For LaserJet printers using letter or A4 size paper, all printed text uses a compressed font to accommodate the narrower paper width.

TDC 3000 - Universal Station Support

Complete Stations: We offer custom rebuilt Universal Stations in either classic or “Z” stylefurniture, built from the ground up to your specifications. We can provide single-tier, dual-tier, CE-compliant, and UxS.

To fill your order, we completely disassemble clean and repaint the station to be refurbished. We install new wiring, test and certify the electronics selected to meet your specifica-tions. Membrane keyboards are refurbished with new overlays. The end result is a station that looks and performs like a factory new sta-tion, unmatched by any other vendor of used equipment.

We use new flat-panel LCD monitors and flat touch screens in all stations. These monitors provide a bright, sharp display with a reliable infrared touch screen.
