Description :Penelitian ini merupakan studi mengenai pengaruhpenambahan kadmium konsentrasi 1, 2, dan 3 ppm terhadaptanaman bayam cabut (Amaranthus tricolor, L), pada perubahanstruktur anatomi akar (tebal epidermis, korteks, endodermis) dankonsentrasi klorofil dalam daun. Perlakuan dilakukan selama 13hari setelah tanaman berusia 15 hari, dalam kondisi lingkunganyang seragam.Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahRancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), dengan 3 perlakuan dan 1kontrol, dimana masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak tigakali. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diuji dengan Analysis ofVarian (ANOVA) dalam uji 95%, dilanjutkan dengan uji Dunnett untuk melihat perlakuan mana yang berpengaruh jikadibandingkan dengan kontrol.Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa hanya padaperlakuan kadmium 1, 2, dan 3 ppm yang memberikan pengaruhsignifikan terhadap konsentrasi klorofil dalam daun. Sedangkanpada struktur anatomi akar tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yangsignifikan baik pada tebal epidermis, korteks, maupunendodermis.
Description Alt:This research is about a study of Cadmium addition in aparticular concentration of 1, 2 and 3 ppm to Spinach(Amaranthus tricolor, L) in order to discover its effect to the rootanatomy structure changes (epiderm, cortex and endodermthickness) and chlorophyll concentration within the leaves.Treatments are taken to the plants by the age of 15 days for aboutthirteen days.Design used in this research is Complete RandomizeDesign of 3 treatments and 1 control, for each is being repeatedthree times. The data acquired is then tested using the Analysis ofVarian (ANOVA) with 95% of significance level. Further test, the

Here, we will be able to notify which treatment thathas more effect compared with the control.The research shows that Cadmium addition in aparticular concentration of 1, 2 and 3 ppm gives a significanceeffect to chlorophyll concentration within the leaves, while in theother hand, it gives no effect to the root anatomy structure. Thisproved that the treatments are resulted a change of descendingthe chlorophyll concentration.
