• Contains the most recent versions of all available materials, merchandise and stand designs ready to be ordered and delivered to your location

• Gives a quick overview of all options and their individual costs

• Has options for requesting new or altered designs/languages if needed

• Is an easy way of ordering all the physical items for a promotional campaign or trade fair in one place

Register and login

When you enter the webshop for the first time,

you must navigate from the frontpage to the register

page as seen below.

Fill out all details and submit your registration for approval.

Your request is send to Mikaela Ohl, who will ensure that

you are a DanBred partner and approve your account

settings according to your type (DK, subsidiary or agent).

You will receive an e-mail notification, when your account has

been approved, and you will subsequently be able to log on from

the frontpage.

My account

After gaining access to the webshop, make sure you enter all your details correct in

the menu “My account”. This will make it easier for shipping and invoicing.

When you have completed orders, these will also appear in your order history on the menu to the

left.

Navigating the shop – Categories

Once you enter the shop, you can browse the available products by categories.

Some are visible on the frontpage, but you can see a full overview in the dropdown

menu on the top of the page.

The full list is also visible on the right hand side once you select a category.

Navigating the shop – Products

The shop is filled with products of all kinds. When ordering, pay attention to the product

information next to the images.

Some are simple and pre-designed products that you can buy in any desired quantity at a

fixed price per item.

Other products are only available in pre-defined quantities, where the unit price decreases

depending on the quantity.

Most printed products can also be customized in terms of languages and/or currency.

Navigating the shop – Description, stock and delivery

Before ordering a particular item, make sure you scroll down to the “Description” field.

Read the information carefully, and pay particular attention to information about stock

and delivery.

Some products are kept in stock by DanBred and can be delivered relatively quickly.

Other products are only available as “back-order” products, meaning that they are not necessarily

kept in stock by DanBred, but are produced after customer purchase. This increases the total

delivery time, and should be taken into consideration before finalizing an order.

Navigating the shop – Stand designs

On the webshop, you can also buy a design or design & construction for a trade fair or

exhibition. The existing options can be found in the category “Stand design”.

In this category, products are sorted according to size and the suffix ”Design only” or

”Design & construction”. Make sure you select the right option.

When ordering “Design only”, you will be able to download the stand design in a zip file upon

purchase, in order to send it to your selected contractor.

When ordering “Design & construction”, you select the DanBred partner company OneVision as

your stand constructor, and you will be contacted directly after purchase.

Navigating the shop – Cart and checkout

Once you have added products to your cart, you can view the complete cart

by clicking on the icon in the top right corner.

The cart is very straight-forward with an overview of all your items and costs.

Once you are satisfied with your order, press “proceed to checkout”.

Make sure to fill out all the details regarding billing and delivery correctly. When you are ready,

press “place order”. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, and once the order has been

shipped, you will also receive an e-mail notification and invoice by e-mail.
