Advisable to bring min 30 m extension lead if you have booked power as well as your own Braai & Braai-grid. Limited portable braais are available from the Office, free-of-charge, on a first-come first-served basis, a R200 refundable deposit is required.Arrival time from 14h00 and departure by 10h00, arrival time not later than 18h00 unless previously arranged. BALANCE OF ACCOUNT TO BE SETTLED IN FULL IMMEDIATELY ON ARRIVAL. PEAK SEASON BEFORE 1ST DECBookings: Any deviation from the confirmed dates only by written arrangement with the Management. Accommodation not utilized within 24 hours after reserved arrival date will be re-let unless prior arrangements have been made.

Cutting of trees and gathering of firewood will not be permitted under any circumstances. Firewood & Charcoal are available for purchase at the Resort Convenience Store.Deposit: Normal deposit required to confirm a provisional booking is 50 % of total amount.Discounts: Pensioners: on presentation of an I.D. a 10% discount is offered with the exception of Peak & Easter Seasons and Long Weekends, minimum 2 nights duration required.Dogs: Small dogs by arrangement only. Not in peak season.Extra Tents: As these take up a second site (stand) it is advisable to check with the Office prior to arrival. Groundsheets: Plastic is forbidden; only the mesh variety is acceptable.Lighting of fires will not be permitted indiscriminately under any circumstances.No Rollerblades, Skateboards, Scooters, Bicycles after dark or before 08h00.Office Hours: 08h45 to 13h00 and 14h00 to 17h00.Owner's Risk: The Management is not responsible for any personal injury nor damage to and/or loss of personal property.Park Entrance: Electronically controlled, collect your Pass Disc on arrival at the Office. A refundable R200 cash deposit is required. Park Personnel: No instructions are to be given to Park Staff: please approach the Management direct.Peak Season: Please ensure that the Management is informed of the size of your Caravan/Tent to avoid possible site complications. Visitors: A fee will be charged. All visitors to call via the Office before entering the Resort.

Cancellation Fee: 25% as handling fee on any cancellation, 50% if cancelled within 90 days, no refund if cancelled within 30 days, of arrival date.
