ORDER
On consideration of this court's September 20, 2017, order directing petitioner to show cause why this petition for review from the Compensation Review Board's August 3, 2017, Decision and Partial Remand Order should not be dismissed as having been taken from a non-final order, and no response having been filed, it is
ORDERED that the petition for review is hereby dismissed as having been taken from a non-final order. See Washington Hospital Center v. District of Columbia Dep't of Emp 't Servs., 712 A.2d 1018, 1020 (D.C. 1998) and Warner v. Dep'tofEmp'tServs., 587A.2d1091, 1093 (D.C. 1991). This dismissal is without prejudice to petitioner seeking review upon entry of any final, adverse order by the Compensation Review Board.
