• Minimum 5 members• Industry experts• Develop and assess CP• Consult with parties• Work up alternative solutions• Submit Change Report to Panel

Working Group Consultation (optional)

• Consult with DCUSA Parties and interested industry parties• Typically 3 week consultation period• Feedback directly to Working Group

Voting

• DCUSA Parties – vote as Supplier / DNO / IDNO / DG• Weighted voting based on market share• Approval in all categories required (Part 1 = 65%; Part 2 = 50%)
