AT-S SINGLE DUCT (PRESSURE INDEPENDENT)

DESCRIPTION

AT-S model is a pressure independent single duct variable air volume type. It is available in 15 unit sizes designed

to control conditioned airflow rate 0-8000 CFM based on input signal, usually from a thermostat.

CONSTRUCTION

Galvanized steel casing, min 22 gauge, is

designed for low leakage performance.

Rectangular discharge with slip and drive.

Heavy-duty damper design with double layer

blade 18 gauge equivalent thickness and

rubber seal.

Solid damper shaft operates in rust‑proof

and self‑lubricating bearings. The shaft has

blade position mark at its end.

The insulation is 1-inch dual density thermal-

acoustical fiberglass with a 48 kg/m3 density

and conforms to NFPA 90A and UL 181.

The insulation is fixed by glue as well as

fixations pins.

Cross type averaging flow sensor is used for

high accuracy readings.

ACCESSORIES AND COMPONENTS

1. ELECTRICAL HEATER.

o Open coil type, for low-pressure drop,

with high-grade resistance wire (80%

Nickel, 20% Chromium).

o All units are supplied with both primary

(automatic reset) and secondary (manual

reset) overheat protection switches.

o Air pressure switch.

o Magnetic contactors.

o Single or multi step heating (up to 3)

o 1 phase 230 V, 60Hz power inlet.

o UL certified transformers and Terminal

blocks.

2. SOUND ATTENUATOR.

STANDARD FEATURES AND BENEFITS

Largest AHRI Certified unit in the world.

All model sizes are certified in accordance with

AHRI 880 certification program.

0-8000 CFM flowrate range.

Minimum of 22 gauge galvanized steel.

Double layer blade with 18 gauge equivalent

thickness and rubber seal.

1-inch insulation thickness with 48 kg/m3 duel

density.

Cross type flow sensor.
