Child Development CentersFull Day Care: 5:45 a.m. - 6 p.m.Our Child Development Centers (CDC) offer full day care that provides children oppor-tunities to develop relationships with teach-ers and peers and creates a foundation for life-long learning. This program implements content-rich, developmentally appropriate programs that support active learning and promote children’s hands-on progress in all developmental areas.

Part Time Care: 4 hours per day, times may vary. Our CDCs offer part time child care for fam-ilies that need short term care. The program challenges children by connecting new things that relate to the experiences, knowledge, and skills they already have. Developmentally ap-propriate curriculum, teaching strategies and environments provide opportunities to explore and play.

Kinder Palooza: 5:45 a.m. - 6 p.m.Our CDCs offer a kindergarten summer pro-gram. This program is full of hands-on activi-ties and fun projects! It is tailored for children that have completed kindergarten and offers many wonderful activities in arts & crafts, cooking, outdoor sports and games.

Hourly Care ServicesThe hourly care program is designed for parents who need short term child care on an intermittent basis. It is offered on a first come, first serve program. Reservations can be made in advance directly with the Child Development and School Age Centers. Orientation: In order to ensure a positive ex-perience, all families are required to complete a parent orientation with the center before starting any programs.

Fees: Cost for full time, part time, and Kin-dergarten programs are based on fee category. Fee categories are calculated by Parent Cen-tral Services and determined by total family income. Hourly care is $4/per hour. Families may be eligible for deployment benefits.

School Age Summer Campsand Programs

School Age Center CampFor children who have completed 1st-5th grades.

Daily ActivitiesThe SAC Camp will give children the opportunity to participate in a variety of weekly themes. SAC children will be able to participate in different specialty camps each week utilizing the 4-H or Boys & Girls Clubs of America curriculum. Wednesdays are Field Trip Day and we will end each week with a Fun Friday event. Field Trip times are subject to change; there is no alternate care for children who do not participate in the field trips. Through partnerships in the commu-nity, SAC helps children grow as individuals. Programs are offered in the areas of science, arts & crafts, sports and fitness, life skills, citizen-ship, leadership, technology, drama and recre-ation. Reservations for hourly care are required in advance at the SAC program and may not be scheduled on field trip days.

Cost: Categories are based on the total family income, as determined at Parent Central Services.

• Children can be enrolled by the week or use hourly care (no more than two days a week, but not on field trip days)• Hourly care is $4.00/hr. Hourly care users must pay for their own entrance fees for field trips.• Every child 1st-5th grade receives 4 free hours a month for hourly care• Children who are eligible for deployment benefits, will receive 16 hours of hourly care per month, per child, or 20 % off of one month’s full or part time child care bill.

Things to Remember• Children are always considered the grade they last completed, not the grade he/she is going into when school starts.• All children should come each day ready to participate in the day’s activities.• Check the daily schedule to ensure that your children have the appropriate clothing for the day (swimsuit, towel, raincoat, hiking shoes, etc).• Children must be registered with CYS Services to be eligible for the camp.• SCHEDULE SUBJECT TO CHANGE• Parents, you must attend a summer camp orientation prior to enrolling your child for camp.
