More than a billion people – that’s one out of every seven people in the world today – lack access to safe, clean drinking water. This year, young people of the ELCA set out to raise $250,000 in 2012 to support the water projects of ELCA World Hunger where they are needed most. We have met and exceeded our goal, thanks to the generosity of youth across the nation! To date, more than $400,000 has been re- ceived in support of this effort. But there is so much work yet to be done, and the Greater Milwaukee Synod can help! See AGAPE*, Rachel Kurtz, and Lost And Found in concert to support the water projects of ELCA World Hunger on Saturday, December 1st at Martin Luther Lutheran Church, Milwaukee. Everyone is invit- ed! The cost is $5/person. A free will offering will be taken for the 100 Wells Challenge. Look For a sign up sheet on Youth Board. VEGGIETALES EVENT @ TRINITY Friday, 11/23/12 9am to 12:30pm

Children age 3 (self-toileting) to age 8 are invited to Trinity on Friday, November 23rd (aka “Black Friday” Shopping day) for some VeggieTales FUN! We will have snacks, watch the movie, play games, make a craft and eat lunch! This is a free event however, preregistration is required.
