To provide, individually and as part of a team, quality and user-friendly
professional support services aimed at enabling development institutions and
marginalized communities realize a dignified life.
MAJOR FIELDS OF EXPERTISE
Dr. Md. Sajedur Rahman Chaudhury has a theoretical background in socio-
economic and agricultural researches and has acquired huge experiences
throughout his more than 18 years’ career within a broad range of professional
fields related to process facilitation, planning, monitoring and evaluation
especially qualitative monitoring and evaluation, and participatory development
approaches. This combination of analytical skills and practical experiences
enables Dr. Chaudhury to design, facilitate, establish and run participatory
planning, monitoring and evaluation systems; build capacity concerning
planning and monitoring; undertake PRA, SWOT and LFA training and facilitation;
conduct qualitative researches; gender mainstreaming in programming and
evaluation; advise on institutional and socio-economic aspects of project or
sector programme planning and finally, plan public information campaigns. He is
frequently using various PRA tools and process tools like LFA, Appreciative Inquiry,
etc. These skills have so far been applied in connection with education, health
and nutrition, micro-finance, waste management, integrated rural development,
human and women rights, natural resource management, water resources
