True Story is a Nottingham-based creative agency, where I worked on the Boots account:• proofreading all printed elements placed on shop furniture such as price strips and posters• checking imagery against brand guidelines for various campaigns• editing informative leaflets.

Angry Robot (May – June 2013)• During a period of work experience at a small sci-fi and fantasy publishing house in Nottingham, I edited book copy, designed posters and updated their blog. I also sent out books to reviewers across the globe.
Pewter Rose Press (May – June 2013)• Within this independent press, I edited and typeset copy (liaising with authors and suppliers), and spoke at a reading at Lowdam Literary Festival. I also reviewed pitches and helped produce Pewter Rose's new short story line 'Miniature Roses'.
