SUMMARY

A quality management and safety professional with thirty years experience in the field of quality management I have successfully developed and implemented management systems for a diverse sector of industry. Amongst other specialties, my career has provided a detailed knowledge of the design installation and maintenance of pressure vessels, a technical knowledge of valves, an understanding of gas turbine manufacture and an in-depth comprehension of GRE/GRP pipeline manufacture and construction.

Normally working at the corporate level of an organization - monitoring and assisting mega projects with all aspects of quality management, I have a proven record of problem solving, process mapping, goal setting, KPI measurement, process analysis and system improvement measures.

As a lecturer at the Longlands college of further education, my class achieved an average 90% pass rate in the IQA - A3 examination over a three year period.

I have introduced Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) that have added value and enabled companies to quantify their strengths, weaknesses and threats.

As a qualified lead auditor, I have undertaken in excess of one thousand internal and supplier audits. Developed training materials and undertaken thought provoking training sessions for the workforce. Successfully applied ITP principles and quality management techniques in an engineering environment.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
