Our class is held in the Bird Room on the 49th floor of One Atlantic Center located at 1201 West Peachtree Street, Atlanta -- on the corner of 14th Street and West Peachtree Street in the Midtown area of the city. The parking garage is across the street from the building on West Peachtree, and that’s the only garage entrance/exit open on Saturdays.

Enter the parking garage from the West Peachtree Street entrance ONLY. If the metal gate is down, drive to the far left entrance and press the intercom button on the post. When the attendant answers, say that you are there for Alston & Bird’s Customs Broker class on the 49th Floor. The attendant will raise the metal gate, and you can obtain a parking ticket just inside the entrance to activate the access bar. We will provide parking validation cards at each class for you to use as payment when you exit the garage. We can only give each student attendee one parking voucher per class day.

Take the garage elevator to the concourse “C” level and proceed up the escalators to the main lobby and check in with the lobby security for access to the 49th floor.

From I-75 / I-85 Northbound:

� Exit #250 towards 10th Street, 14th Street and Georgia Tech

� Follow access road to 14th Street; turn right onto 14th Street

� Turn left onto West Peachtree Street

� Turn left into One Atlantic Center (OAC) parking garage

From I-75 Southbound:

� Exit #250 towards 16th, 14th, 10th Streets

� Turn left onto 14th Street

� Make a left onto West Peachtree Street

� Turn left into One Atlantic Center (OAC) parking garage

From I-85 Southbound:

� Exit #84 towards 17th, 14th, 10th Streets

� Turn left onto 17th Street

� Cross over the 17th Street Bridge

� Turn right onto Spring Street

By MARTA:

Our Atlanta office is in close proximity to MARTA’s Arts Center Station:

� The North/South train serves the Arts Center Station.

� From the station, walk one block south on West Peachtree Street.

� The One Atlantic Center building will be on your left, at the corner of West Peachtree and 14th streets. Our firm’s main reception area is in the lobby.

The Charleston class will be held in the Maritime Association conference room. Parking is available in the employee lot to students on a first come-first served basis. The office opens at about 8:45 am and closes at 5:00 pm. Denver Merrill (843-224-3885 cell) is the Association President and our host. Please be reminded that we are guests in their space and all courtesies to staff and association business should be our priority. Business casual dress is acceptable.

From Charleston Airport:

� West on International Boulevard toward Air Cargo Lane.

� Turn left onto W. Montague Avenue.

� Merge onto I-26 E toward Charleston.

� Take Exit 219-B toward Morrison Drive / E. Bay Street.

The Charlotte/Douglas International Airport serves the Charlotte metropolitan area:

� Exit the terminal via Airport Freeway to Billy Graham Parkway.

� Follow the signs to I-77 (turn left on South Tryon Street, followed by a quick right exit onto I-77 North).

� Take Exit 9B for I-277/John Belk Freeway.

� Take Exit 1E for South College Street.

� Follow College Street until you cross 4th Street.

� Make an immediate left turn into the Bank of America/Omni Hotel Plaza parking garage, which is approximately five yards past the intersection of South College and East Fourth streets.

� From the garage, take the elevator to the Plaza level. Turn left and proceed down the stairs or ramp to enter the lobby of Bank of America Plaza. Proceed to the security desk, where you must show a valid picture ID. Take the second bank of elevators to the 38th floor. Once in the 38th floor lobby, take the adjacent shuttle elevator to the main reception area on the 40th floor.

From I-77

� Take Exit 9B for I-277/John Belk Freeway.

� Take Exit 1E for South College Street.

� Follow College Street until you cross 4th Street.

By Subway

Our New York office is easily accessed from the subway:

� The nearest subway stop is at Grand Central Terminal, which is also the New York terminus for MetroNorth trains arriving from upstate New York and Connecticut. Take the 4, 5, 6, or 7 train to Grand Central and exit the terminal on the 42nd Street side. Cross 42nd Street and walk south on Park Avenue to number 90, on your right.

� Alternatively, take the 1, 2, 3, 9, N, or R trains to 42nd Street/Times Square and then take the Shuttle to Grand Central.

� If arriving via the B, D, F, or Q train, exit at 6th Avenue and 42nd Street/ Bryant Park and walk east on 40th Street until you get to Park Avenue. Walk south on Park Avenue to number 90, on your right.

By Train

If you’re arriving by train from Philadelphia or points south, you’ll be arriving at Penn Station:

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (“National”) is the closest airport to the office. Driving between National and the DC office typically takes 20 minutes during non-peak hours and up to 40 minutes during rush hour. The airport is accessible by Metro via the Blue and Yellow Lines.

Driving Directions from National Airport:

� Exit the airport and follow signs for G.W. Parkway/395 North

� Stay in the right lane and exit at 395 North (14th Street Bridge)

� Continue on 14th Street, crossing Independence Avenue, NW

� Take your first right onto Jefferson Drive and continue until 7th Street, N.W

� Make a left onto 7th Street, NW

Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)

Washington Dulles International Airport (“Dulles”) is located in suburban Virginia, 23 miles west of downtown Washington. Driving between Dulles and the DC office typically takes 45 minutes during non-peak hours and up to 1 hour 10 minutes during rush hour. The airport is not accessible by Metro. However, it is served by the Washington Flyer Bus Service, which has stops at various Metro Stations as well as intersections in the city.

Driving Directions from Dulles Airport:

� Exit the airport following signs for I-66E. This will put you on the Dulles Access Road, which you will follow for approximately 16 miles before you can take the left exit for I-66E.

� Continue on I-66E for approximately 8 - 10 miles

� Take Constitution Ave. exit (also known as US-50E)

� Make left onto 15th Street, NW

� Make a right onto F Street, NW

� Stay on F Street, NW to 950 F Street, N.W.

Baltimore Washington International - Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI)

Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (“BWI”) is located in Baltimore, 28 miles northeast of downtown Washington. Driving between BWI and the DC office typically takes 55 minutes during non-peak hours and up to 1 hour 20 minutes during rush hour. The airport is not accessible by Metro. It is served by MARC or Amtrak trains which depart from Union Station regularly.
