Cell Production Unit, dedicated to the large-scale manufacturing of autologous
mesenchymal stem Cells (MSCs) from adipose tissue of patients under GMP Standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that products were produced and stored according to the relevant
documentation in order to obtain the required quality.
- Approve the instructions related to production operations and ensure their strict
compliance.
- Draw up and approve production protocols.
- Verify the maintenance of the department, premises and equipment.

● Molecular Biology Techniques: PCR genotyping, Quantitative RT-PCR, Site-directed
mutagenesis, DNA and RNA isolation and purification.
