● Molecular Biology Techniques: PCR genotyping, Quantitative RT-PCR, Site-directed

mutagenesis, DNA and RNA isolation and purification.

● Protein techniques: Western-Blot, Kinase assays, immunoprecipitation, column

chromatography purification, antibody and protein conjugation and optimization, ChiP.

● Cell culture techniques including mammalian cells, DNA cell transfection, primary

mouse keratinocytes culture. Detection techniques of DNA synthesis.

● Animal Research: Conducting experiments of chemical carcinogenesis in skin mice
