1.0 INTRODUCTION
For more than 30 years CTC has been operating pickling, flushing and chemical cleaning of industrial plants pipes and equipments. Basically the performed works are:
✔ Pickling of new pipes/equipments✔ Chemical cleaning of pipes/equipments in service✔ Flushing of new or in service pipes/equipments
The fields of activity are different, spacing from steel making factories, shipyards, energy production, etc.
The activity is performed in Italy and abroad, having acquired a long time experience in many countries.
C.T.C technicians have a long time experience in the over mentioned fields and sites. Ours technicians can make on site all the analytical controls to certify the performed work, supported by suitable equipments for on-site analysis.
C.T.C has a stock of machines and equipments suitable to satisfy all the problems , even the unusual ones, that can be found during activity. In the years such stock has been gradually increased so to allow to cover in the same time works in places geographically distinct.
The on field work is supported by a planning work performed in office.
The efficiency of the structure to face the duties is certified UNI EN ISO 9001:2000Confident on the experience, results, and efforts to renew, C.T.C. is sure to be able to satisfy the requests of the clients, anywhere they may arise.

2.1.1 With passivation on hydraulic and lubrication system.
2.1.2 Oxygen distribution system.2.1.3 Exchanger/Air cooler air side – fluid side.2.1.4 High capacity Steam Generator Plant and Boiler.2.1.5 Naval system as DD/GG Air starting system, Fuel Oil / Diesel Oil system etc.

Our society has 12 Pickling Unit of various power, capacity and dimension:

Colorimetric analysis of Fe, Cu, etc. concentration. Volumetric analysis of residual acidity, during acid washing. Hardness pH test. Conductivity Hygrometric test. On line Corrosion test.
