a) 通过M2000查看这两个小区所在NodeB是否有异常告警(例如时钟、通道、DSP和射频告警),如果有需要先处理异常告警。b) (可选)对两个小区所在站点进行时钟核查。c) (可选)利用RNC维护台小区性能监测中的节点同步功能(如下图)检查这两个小区的Iub时延,如果时延相差超过SET DPUCFGDATA中 FPMDCCOMBINEDELAYVALUE设置值(基线为20ms),修改上行FP合并时延等于两小区Iub时延差+20ms。

d) 如果这两个小区没有异常告警,Iub时延也正常,可以尝试修改源小区相对目标小区的CIO(ADD/MOD INTRAFREQNCELL: CIOOffset=10),如果修改后有效,说明切换失败是信号突变引起的;反之,需要把CIO改回0。

说明掉话跟压模有关,需要优化连续覆盖区域小区的压模参数,降低小区异频/异系统起

压模门限,减少起压模次数

统计原因为no_active_set_cmp的掉话话单中出现频度最高的TOP10小区,查看TOP10小区中是否有小区90%的软切换失败都是向特定小区切换失败的,如果是,进入下一级动作

按文档统计与压模相关的掉话占总的语音掉话的比例,如果超过30%

i. 查询接入原因是否10,也即INTER_RAT_CELL_RESELECT,如果是,可能是频繁的2G/3G重选导致的,需要优化3G侧重选启动门限SsearchRat,减少乒乓ii. 查询接入失败的小区是否是RNC边界的小区,如果是可以修改该小区同频重选门限

iii. 失败原因是否有资源拥塞,如果资源资源拥塞,可以参照TOP小区资源拥塞核查子动作进行相关检查

关闭直放站后在观察一下小区RRC接入指标,如果有改善,说明接入失败与直放站确有关系,需要关闭直放站

如果直放站关闭前后,小区RRC接入指标变化较小,说明RRC接入失败与直放站没有关系
