THINGS TO NOTE

ON ANY EXAM DAY YOU MUST…

1. Arrive 30 minutes before the start of your exam

2. Wear a mask to enter the school’s compound

3. Bring a second clean mask in the event that the first one becomes soiled

4. Only bring items necessary for your exam. Especially: your timetable (after it has been issued to you), blue or black pens (no gel ink), 3B pencils and eraser for Multiple Choice, calculator & geometry set (where permitted)

You are responsible for your personal property.

THE CAFETERIA WILL BE

CLOSED

THE WATER COOLER WILL

BE SWITCHED OFF

You will NOT be required to wear a mask

whilst writing the exam.

BEFORE EXAM

• Remain seated in the physically distanced chairs in the Multi Purpose Court

or in the designated classrooms on the ground floor.

• 1R and 2R have also been prepared as pre-exam waiting areas.

TIMETABLE

• You will receive your timetable on the day of your first exam.

• A member of staff will bring it to you in the waiting area (Multi Purpose

Court) before the start of your exam.

• It is your responsibility to ensure you bring your timetable for every exam

thereafter.

• You will not be allowed to enter the exam room without your timetable

15 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF

YOUR EXAM

Line up observing the physical distancing markers on the floor at your

designated staircase entrance.

NB: You will have to line up 30 minutes

before for English A, Mathematics

and Spanish.

ONLY 1 EXAM FOR THE DAY?

• YOU MUST LEAVE IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE EXAM HAS

ENDED.

2 EXAMS ON THE SAME DAY?

• ONCE POSSIBLE, leave the school’s compound with parent / driver

• Return 30 MINUTES BEFORE the start of the afternoon exam

• Repeat all entry protocols and proceed to the MP Court

IF YOU MUST STAY….

• You will be required to sit and wait in the MP Court / designated ground

floor classroom

• You will be required to bring your own food, drinks and snacks.

REMEMBER:

• THE CAFETERIA WILL BE CLOSED.

• THE WATER COOLER WILL BE SWITCHED OFF.

TOILET USE

• BOTH sets of students’ toilets will be opened for your use

• ONLY 2 students will be allowed in the same set of toilets at any given time

• Toilet paper and liquid soap will be provided

• You MUST cover the toilet after use THEN flush

• You MUST practice proper toilet etiquette

• You MUST wash hands thoroughly after use

• TOILETS WILL BE CLEANED AT REGULAR INTERVALS THROUGHOUT THE DAY
