STEP 1 ~ The Directions:

Make sure you have your Crusades Worksheet next to you have and have a pen or pencil ready to go!Follow each step below IN ORDER.  If it tells you to write something down on the worksheet, do so.If it tells you to watch a video, watch the entire video and pay attention!If it tells you to explore, do so fully!If you do not follow these directions properly, there may be consequences and you may be directed to complete this entire assignment on yat home.

STEP 2 ~ Key Terms:

Click 2. KEY TERMS and write down the definitions of the following key terms on your worksheet.

STEP 3 ~ Background Video:

STEP 4 ~ Key Questions and Facts

Go to The Crusades and read the brief article on the Crusades written by Mr. Donn.Answer questions 1-10 on your worksheet based on the information you read at that link.

STEP 5 ~ Wrap Up

Bring your worksheet to Mr. Bigica and compare your responses with the answer key!If you have any questions about what you have read, please ask Mr. Bigica.This topic will be on Wednesday's quiz and Friday's quarterly exam!

Become a Crusader knight and learn how to destroy an enemy's castle.

1.  First, explore a medieval castle by clicking the link below.Click on each part of the castle.  As you explore each part, click all links that pop up to learn more and more.You can dress a knight by clicking "Knight in Armour" under the "Tournament" section of the castle field.You can learn more about food by clicking "More about cooking" under the "Kitchens" section of the castle.Explore it fully!  Click HERE for Interactive Castle
