There’s a difference

•There is a HUGE difference between copyright and creative commons

One of them is…

• Copyright has all rights reserved �

BUT…

• Creative commons only has some rights reserved ☺

Here are some different licenses to creative commons.

Attribution

•This license lets other people use your creation and change it as long as they credit you

Attribution-ShareAlike

•This lets other people use your work but they have to credit you

AND…

•use the same term you used with their new creation

Attribution-NoDerivs

•This let other people use your work but they cannot change it in any way

Attribution-NonCommercial

This lets other people use your works and change it but they

have to credit you in their creation.

Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike

This license lets other people use your work

• But they have to credit you and license their creation under the terms you used.

Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs

This is the most restrictive of our six main licenses

• That is allowing people to send your work to other people…

BUT…

•They can’t change it at all
