We have been selected by GLOBALFOUNDRIES, world leader in the semiconductor wafer foundry, as their first Channel Partner in Japan. Our years of experience collaborating with IBM and GLOBALFOUNDRIES to develop the foundry market in Japan have given us the expertise to provide a variety of services including cutting-edge foundry solutions focusing on digital CMOS and specialty foundry solutions̶primarily AMS including SiGe and SOI solutions.

Also, as a certified Japanese distributor of MOSIS, provider of multi-project wafer (MPW) shuttle services, we offer a prototype production service for the initial phase of customer's product devel-opment at reasonable prices.

Not only do we supply wafers themselves, we also provide our own Silicon Integration Service (SIS), which is a flexible and high-value-added turnkey service that enables the delivery of products in the format required by the customer.

With fine-tuned technical assistance by our experienced staff as well as by experts steeped in foundry manufacture, we help our customers implement smooth operations encompassing every-thing from product development to mass production. As a certified partner of MOSIS*, we provide a flexible, reasonably priced high-value-added MPW shuttle service to our customers for the initial stage of their product development . By combining the shuttle service with our own SIS, we can also provide small lot mass production service and deliver them in several different forms (such as die chips, packaged products, etc.) as requested by the customers.
