Before You Begin…0Choose or create visuals to represent and illustrate the

story0 Pictures/Photos (taken on a camera or from the internet)0 Video0 Animation (Claymation, Stop Motion, etc.)

Beginning and Visuals0Start a new project in iMovie and choose a name

0Select photos or video from the camera roll or photo library (each photo/clip is added to the timeline below)

Editing Visuals0Adjust the length of each photo by

expanding/shrinking its box on the timeline0Double tap the photo to add text or change the title

style0Tap the box between photos/clips to edit transitions

Audio0Again, keep in mind the tone of the book and the

mood you want to set for the video0Music:

0 Use pre-existing theme music0 Open another music file in iMovie, add to your project

(automatically lays audio over visuals)0Voiceover: select microphone icon above timeline
