- training to do their job consistently well

3. Feedback on their performance preferably continuously in real time. To provide measurement system to measure the output and the process

6. Participation in the activities that impact his work. For example standardization and improvement of his work processes

This covers maintenance of the current status and also making incremental improvements.Purpose is to involve people in creating a work environment that provides transparency, harmony and autonomy to carry out ones work in a disciplined manner to consistently and efficiently achieve the agreed objectives
