Kindly provide the exact information and clear description of your demand. We promise that our support team reverts back to you within 24 hours of working days to approve the reception of your request.

Creatair® project ConfirmationCreatair® project management team will analyze your request form to elaborate and discuss the feasibility of the project within the deadline. Once it is confirmed you will receive a mail from confirmation@creatair.com with project reference number to certify that Creatair® has officially undertaking this project. Our customer support will give regular update regarding the evolution of the project during the project lifecycle the project. Kindly note that any project which has not received the confirmation@creatair.com is not officially Creatair® registered project.

Creatair® project paymentAs you are our valued customers, kindly note that Creatair® does not take any advance payment to start the project. Once the project is 75 % completed, our accounting department billing will come from accounting@creatair.com that you will need to pay 25 % of the total amount. As soon as the payment is done, the accounting department will revert back to inform you after 3 working days when the payment is received. Once the project is completed and when customer is satisfied, you will have to complete the payment within two weeks from that date the project is approved.
