For heavy load applications is this serie especial suitab-le (02 series) like excava-tors, cranes and wind ener-gy equipments.
Slewing rings for heavy machines, pitch or blade bearings for the wind energy plants are mostly used with this series.

Normal double-row ball bearings, diameter from 500 mm to 4500 mm.With special seal, double seal system, with special cage or lubrication system are our standard programme.
Constant rotational resistance at different load and higher dynamic life than identical ball slewing rings. Higher demands on the stiffness and the accuracy of the fixture in relation to the ball slewing bearings are fullfilled.
High requirements to the stiffness and the correctness of the connecting construc-tion parts comparing with all other forms of slewing rings.
Cross-roller slewing rings with single-row raceway. Roller diameter from 8 mm to 80 mm.Bearing diameter up to 5000 mm.
Besides synthetic spacer, also cage from synthal, steel, viton, brass are available. The special seal and surface system like zinc plating, painting can ensure special applications for off-shore.
At the same time fullfilling high requirements to the stiffness and correctness of the installation construction.

Triple-row roller slewing rings can be used in heavy load requirements with tight required space. Diameter up to 5000 mm.
With normal, viton or steel seal, with plastic spacer, plastic cage, steel cage, brass cage or special cage, with normal quality class, or precision, preload are our standard supply programme.

CRB is a medium-sized enterprise which is active in engineering, producing and dealing with balls, bearings, slewing rings and mechanical machine parts. It belongs to the CRB group. CRB located in Leverkusen near Cologne and Duesseldorf in Germany. We offer technical consulting, calculation, construction and design, technical drawing and service. An new plant in Leverkusen started in 2009.
Our capacity from 370 mm to 6300 mm covers most of the applications required. Our customers from wind-energy, construction machinery like mobile cranes, shipper- and harbor cranes, crawler cranes, platform lifts, excavators, fire fighting trucks, steel plants, machine tools, manufacturing systems, logistic sytems, conveyer equipments etc. benefit our know-how, our short-time delivery, our low-costs-control system, our quality and our service from one hand.
CRB stands for construction, the highest requirements since 1999. The products are manufactured since 1987. CRB has qualified CAD experts to develope skillfully with the know-how of 3D-objects.
CRB is accredited by TÜV acc. to ISO 9001 2000 (modify to version 2008) and has a full developed QM - System.
CRB has the experience and the know-how to produce ball or roller slewing rings. Single-, double- or three-row raceway, without gear, with internal or external gear, normal gear, hardend gear, are standard by CRB. With modern CNC machines, test and measure instruments we manufacture slewing rings up to 4500 mm and from 2010 on we can supply up to 6300 mm. Customers from Australia, Austria, EU countries, India, Russia, Swissland, USA and other countries world wide trust CRB and it‘s products and quality. CRB increased the capacity in 2009 specially for wind-energy industry.
Because of the stock and the premanufacturing of standard series like flange bearings, four-point ball bearings we can deliver in short time.
CRB produces also special particular cutted slewing rings, gears, pinions or segments with special surfaces for off-shore applications.
CRB delivers with material certificate, inspection report or further certificates like GL, BV, DNV, ABS, API etc. against extra charge. CRB uses the material like 46Cr4N, 46Cr4V, 42CrMo, 42CrMo4V from certificated plants world wide. Special surfaces handling like galvanizing, fire zinc plating or painting, standard seal, viton or steel seal, synthetic spacer, steel cage, brass cage are also acc. to the applications on demand. The clearance and quality can be made acc. to the requirements from customers and applications.
