simultaneously an agreement for the exchange of SMS traffic.

Worlds Largest Cell Broadcast Centre – Public Safety Alert

� Initiated and delivered the worlds largest geo-redundant CBC to

the worlds largest Public Safety Services company in the USA.

Became Canadas largest Mobile Handset vendor within 1 year

� Representing AT&T in Canada, became the most successful sales

representative with $0-65M USD in revenue.

North Americas First Location Based SMS Alerting Platform

� Delivered and trialed first Location Based Alerting SMS platform

for Public Safety.

Engage Us

Term

� Annually renewing agreement with 120 day minimum and 45 day

notice of cancelation thereafter.

Compensation

� $7,500 USD monthly, paid bi-weekly, + 7% commission on gross dollar

sale with 50% due at PO, 50% due within 10 days of full payment.

Included

� Local office, local expenses – internet, computer, wireless, parking.

Reporting

� Weekly written reports, SalesForce, weekly call update.

Additional

� Dedicated travel and entertainment are expensed monthly.
