Information on specific coverage:

HO4 Protection  Pays up to $100,000 Liability Coverage per unit.  Pays up to $15,000 Content Coverage per unit.

Involuntary Unemployment Protection  Pays Tenant’s rent/lease payment to property owner for up to 6 months in the

event of involuntary unemployment.

How It Works, Simple Reporting

Once  a  month,  the  Property  Manager  will  export  a  resident  list  and forward  it  to  a  secure  electronic  file  location.  This  information  will  be compiled  based  on  lease  commencement  and  other  resident  details collected at  the  inception of  the program.   A  report and  invoice will be provided to the property manager for covered units monthly.

Tenant Notice  Blanket coverage is attached to each participating lease.

Opt Out Alternative   Tenant may secure required coverage from any source they choose. 

Disclosure   Each tenant will get a disclosure of plan details. All claims and    servicing is provided by Cambridge Solutions Group.
