In addition to the deposit page, we will provide the ELDP Panel with a deposit content report. These are written by the Archive team when they receive a deposit and give an outline of the content - number and duration of recordings, level of annotation, etc.
The deposit page and the deposit content report, in conjunction with your narrative above, are used to assess whether the project has met the deliverables agreed in your programme of work. The Panel are asked to decide whether the deposit is in line with what was agreed at the start of the project, taking into account any unforeseen problems that could not reasonably have been overcome. The Panel will not be asked to review progress reports until the deposit is online and available for assessment.
If you have any difficulties with the depositing please get in touch with us or the Archive team as soon as possible, we are very happy to help and can give advice on any part of the process: [email protected] or [email protected].

THIS REPORTING PERIOD
A – Budget for the reporting period in GBP. NB this is not necessarily the same as the payment amount, in the last year of the project ELDP will retain some of the funds so the amount paid will be less than the budget.
B – Enter the total spent in your host’s currency.
C – Convert expenditure to GBP – amount in column B x the exchange rate for the reporting period.
D – The difference between the budget and the expenditure. Column A minus Column C. A negative number means you have overspent.
----------------------------------------------------RUNNING TOTALS
E – The budget in GBP so far. Eg if this is your second report then this would be the budget for year 1 + year 2
F – Expenditure so far for the whole project in GBP – add the expenditure from any previous reports to this reporting period to get the total so far.
G – The difference between the budget and the expenditure. Column E minus Column F. A negative number means you have overspent.
