Julie loved her family, reading andliving in the desert.

She is survived by her children:Elizabeth Wright of Tucson, James P.(Kaylynne) Gillespie of Union,Michigan and Cathy (Jeff) Levy ofBerrien Springs, Michigan, four grand-children and five great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by one sis-ter, Deborah Alexander.

Services were held Saturday,January 19, at St. Thomas AquinasCatholic Church. Burial was in theBass Lake Cemetery, Knox, Indiana.

Arrangements were made by M.C.Smith Funeral Home, Knox.

She was born October 21,1929, in Hamlet, Indiana, to the lateRoy and Edna (Hardesty) Shankland.On September 28, 1946, in Nappanee,Indiana, she married James Minker.He died in 1978.

Anna Mae was retired from Oregon-Davis Schools, after 32 years as ateacher’s aide. She was a member ofthe Hamlet United Methodist Church,the Red Hat Society and she present-ed scholarships for the Starke CountyScholarship Foundation.

She is survived by one son, Richard(Marlene) Minker of Hamlet, twodaughters: Catherine (Wayne) Jensenof Kimmell, Indiana and Carol (Steve)Moerlien of South Bend, Indiana, sixgrandchildren and five great grandchil-dren. She was preceded in death bytwo brothers and seven sisters.

Services were held Thursday,January 17, at Rannells FuneralHome, with Pastor Pam Pask officiat-ing. Burial was in the FletcherCemetery, Hamlet. Memorial contribu-tions may be given to the Center forHospice, the Hamlet United MethodistChurch or the Starke CountyScholarship Fund.

MEDARYVILLE, IN - Scott A. Shidler,52, died Wednesday, January 16,2019, at his home. He was bornNovember 9, 1966, in Lafayette,Indiana, to Ralph and Elvira (Gutwein)Shidler.

Scott was a 1985 graduate of WestCentral High School and had receivedan Associate’s Degree from VincennesUniversity. He was a member of theFrancesville Baptist Church, the Sonsof the American Legion and theFraternal Order of the Eagles. Scotthad worked as a Deputy for the PulaskiCounty Sheriff’s Department and as anEMT for Pulaski County EMS. He hadalso worked with his dad at MedaryvilleHardware. He enjoyed serving othersand was an avid IU basketball fan.

He is survived by his mother, ElviraGutwein Lamp of Francesville, hisfather, Ralph Shidler of Medaryvilleand three brothers: Michael Shidler ofHouston, Texas, Bryan (Karen) Lampof Tomahawk, Wisconsin and Michael(Jennifer Wells) Lamp of Wheatfield,Indiana. He was preceded in death byhis step father, Richard Lamp.

Services were held Tuesday, January22, at Frain Mortuary Querry-UlbrichtChapel, with Pastor Dennis Gutweinofficiating. Burial in the Buck Cemetery,Thornhope, Indiana will take place at alater date. Memorial contributions maybe given to the Diabetes Association orthe Francesville First Baptist Church.

Donna had worked at PerPac inForesman, Indiana. She enjoyed fish-ing, time with her family and friendsand playing board games.

She is survived by her mother, Doris,one sister, Susan (Kent) BeckerTowler, both of Rensselaer and onebrother, Nick Becker of Lafayette,Tennessee. She was preceded indeath by her father, Robert.

Boob was a 1954 graduate of PulaskiHigh School and a veteran of the USArmy. He was a member of theNational Rifle Association, AmericanTrapshooting Association and theIndiana Trapshooters Association andwas recently inducted into the ITA Hallof Fame. Boob was a lifelong farmerand was a true outdoorsman.

Lowell was a longtime member of theMonterey United Methodist Churchand a lifelong dairy farmer. He enjoyedthe outdoors, especially farming, gar-dening and caring for farm animals.

He is survived by two daughters:Becky (Jon Hall) Pugh of Auburndale,Florida and Brenda (Jim) Loehmer ofPulaski, Indiana, eight grandchildren,thirteen great grandchildren and twogreat great grandchildren, three broth-ers: Hubert Reinhold of Goshen,Indiana, Byron (Nancy) Reinhold ofElkhart, Indiana and David (Vivian)Reinhold of Kewanna, Indiana and onesister, Judy (Howard) Carlisle of Argos,Indiana. He was preceded in death byone daughter, Joyce Rees, one son,Steve Reinhold, two sisters: KathrynCorbett and Elsie Tuley and one broth-er, Valentine F. Reinhold, Jr.

Harley was a 1954 graduate ofPulaski High School and Liberty BibleCollege. He was a veteran of the USMarine Corps, having served during theKorean War. He was a retired truckdriver and a member of the TeamstersUnion and a lifetime member of theAmerican Legion. Harley attended Tri-County Bible Church, Remington,Indiana. He enjoyed woodworking, fish-ing, working in his yard and spendingtime with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Phyllis, oneson, Harlen Ray (Amber) Tomlinson ofRensselaer, Indiana, one daughter, Lori(Thomas) Harper of New Castle,Indiana, four grandchildren, two stepgrandsons, four great grandchildrenand one sister. She was preceded indeath by one sister, Bonnie Connelland two brothers: Harold and HowardTomlinson.
