You are doing great - remember when you first came to the clinic and within the last letter we had a chat about something called Leaky Gut.

Thank You!
From all of us at the centre, we would like to
thank you personally for choosing us in helping
you to achieve your wellness goals. You have
taken a huge step forward and are going great!
We are sending you this gift to let you know that
we are different, we do care, and we would like to
think this is going to be a proactive partnership of
extra special moments as your health improves to
its optimum level as never before.
You might be thinking what an odd gift. But a
great deal of thought has gone into choosing your
gift and the reason for this is that it represents
something that we believe is vital in the journey
you have now embarked upon, the road to better
health and wellbeing.
Firstly, the Food Detox Salts is designed to
support the body’s healing processes. They are
organic Himalayan salt crystals imprinted with
over 2030 CHI programs (Complex Homeo-
vibrational Information) to assist in detoxification
and protection from the myriad of toxins and
chemicals found in food. To take, please place 5-
10 grains in water and drink throughout the day.
The Food Detox Salts represents two important
aspects. The first being what you put into your
body…
Coffee is a narcotic beverage. The caffeine in the
coffee belongs to the same alkaloid group of
chemicals as morphine, cocaine and strychnine.
The caffeine combines with the hydrochloric acid
and forms a potent toxin, caffeine hydrochloride.
As this toxin is absorbed into your portal
circulation and hits your liver, bile is released in
an attempt to flush it from your system. This is
what accounts for the increase in bowel
'regularity' of which many coffee drinkers boast.
Regular use of coffee is believed to destroy
important vitamins and minerals. It also prevents
some of the nutrients in your food from being
absorbed effectively in your small intestine.
Caffeine has been linked to birth defects, heart
disease, high blood pressure, ulcers, headaches,PMS and poor sleep quality.
When you stop caffeine the liver says “Thanks”, I
can now download some toxins from the liver that
it has been storing for months or even years. This
is why you can experience headaches for about 4
days. It is toxins releasing from the liver.
Build- up is another phenomenon that can
happen. The liver can handle caffeine over a
number of years and one day it just can’t handle it
anymore so you get a headache. It is interesting
here because the headache does not seem to tie
in with anything you’re doing, as nothing has
changed. It seems to be a build up over the
years. The liver just gets to a stage where it has
had enough and will give you a headache as a
warning the liver is not doing well
Continual headaches are due to the liver being
continually toxic due the continual intake of
caffeine. Other foods can give you a headache in
exactly the same as the above three examples,
they are cheese, chocolates, orange juice, Coke,
Pepsi, tea and even green tea.
So now that we’ve mentioned tea, I guess we
should talk a little about it… as I’m sure you are
aware regular tea contains caffeine and like
coffee should be avoided. Not only does tea have
the same toxic affects as coffee, it can also cause
constipation and foot odour. This doesn’t mean
an end to your tea drinking, it just might mean a
change to your tea drinking habits. There are
many alternative teas which you can enjoy, that
are beneficial to your body. Try the many ranges
of herbal teas that are available at your health
food store. They contain powerful herbs which are
beneficial to the body in many different ways such
as cleansing, detoxifying, or calming effects on
the body.
The second aspect of using the Food Detox
Salts in water is the benefits from pure water.
With water strength and beauty and vitality
emerge. For without water, you will perish. Water
is one of the most vital elements to enable us to
sustain life.

Water hydrates and regulates the temperature of
our body. It carries nutrients to our body and
water flushes out cellular waste, allowing toxins
to be removed.
If the body cells are starved of water, they shrivel-
up, become parched and dry, making it easy for
viruses and diseases to attack. People who drink
a sufficient amount of the right kinds of liquids
(filtered water and fresh fruits and vegetables
juices) have overall improved body function and
circulation. These are all very important factors for
Super Health and Long Life. Are you aware that
your body is made up of more than 70 %
WATER? If you lose 20% of your body's water
you die!
Secondly the Date Balls Represents the
importance of eating the right kind of food or fuel.
Our bodies run at their best when supplied with
high quality fuel, just like our cars the wrong fuel
will cause serious upset.
We ask you to remember the Four Filters which
we spoke about on your first visit and their
importance to good health. The human body is
made up of 4 major filters in a line and when they
become partially clogged, our body runs
sluggishly, just like our car. Picture the fuel filter in
your car, if you do not look after it, and the filter
partially clogs up then the motor runs sluggishly.
If your filters clog up you will run sluggishly, feel
tired, have joint pain and brain fog just to name a
few.
To provide your body with the best fuel available
is of utmost importance and believe me it isn’t
really that hard when you continue to work at it.
Choosing fresh produce, lean cuts of meat and
using the thousands of different herbs and spices
available means that every meal can be a
nutritious, wholesome and yummy experience.
Today we’ve sent you one of our favourite
recipes, which you can try at home. Shataki Date
Balls are really easy to make and as you now
know taste absolutely fantastic. It’s using easy to
get ingredients, some of which you may already
have in your kitchen cupboard and some of which
we have in stock if you don’t. The recipe has easy
to follow directions for you to follow. Just see the
last page.
