following Transactions: VL02 / Vl02N / VL 2 / VL 2N / VL0!"#

In this case the material document was mistakenly postedseveral times. Cancelling with Transaction VL09 is not successful or isnot wanted since the business process has already been completed.

Cause and prerequisites

The inconsistencies are caused in customer modi)cations! for e*ample!when user e*its are incorrectly used in program +V,0%-# but also

system errors may occur which cannot be e*plained.

Solution

Copy report ##$%&T'( speci)ed in the corrections to the system.%fterwards you have the option to cancel redundant materialdocuments which have been posted by using this report. /ou mustadhere to the documentation in the report.(eport ##$%&T'( only carries out a material document cancellation.

The delivery used as a basis is not updated at all neither document1ow nor handling unit! serial numbers or delivery re2uirements etc.3.

The report is always useful if you want to correct a stock inconsistencylater without taking the causing delivery into account again.

The correction report represents a program modi)cation according to4ote 50 67 and is not contained in the standard system.

These messages are generated if the system )nds a data inconsistencywhen reading material master data! that is! the stock 2uantity or thestock value are inconsistent even before the goods movement.

/ou have inconsistencies in your tables! for e*ample! if you comparethe stock 2uantity in the stock overview taking into account all

valuated stocks3 with the stock in the accounting view of the materialmaster. /ou get di8erences with (eport (+05++-I.

Solution

The stock postings material documents and accounting documents3for the material must be checked by &%; &upport. This re2uires severalcheck reports which need to be imported from sapserv7! sapservK!sapserv,! sapserv=! or sapserv5. -or this! refer to 4ote 75 9.
