Labour Practices
Work and Labour Relations
We maintain open communication channels with all our collaborators and with their
legal representation, in order to inform, explain and notify about possible future changes that
may affect employment within and the evolution of our organization.
We are committed to protecting the data and the privacy of our workers, and we ensure
equal opportunities and the principal of non-discrimination for all our workers.
In relation to the contracting or subcontracting of work, we only maintain business
relationships with legally-recognized and authorized organizations, and under no
circumstances does the company condone the employment of abusive or unfair practices with
suppliers or subcontractors, including those working from their homes.
In all cases, our organization constantly strives to increase employment and assist the
professional development of its employees both nationally and internationally.
Working Conditions and Social Protection
Our organization ensures that working conditions comply with domestic legislation
(Workers Statute) and/or international provisions established by means of the ILO and
European Directives, complying with all collective or sectoral agreements that may apply
(Collective Agreement) and which exceed the minimum conditions required under global
regulations.
In consequence with the above, our organization provides salaries which exceed the
minimum legal stipulation, a working time pattern in accordance with the domestic laws of the
different countries in which we operate, and full compliance with weekly rest periods and
workers' right to paid leave.
In this sense, through the collective negotiation between the most representative social
agents and employers in the sector, improvements and revisions of the adopted agreements
are decided and the Cost of Living Index is taken into account in relation to the adjustment of
workers’ salaries, with the aim of ensuring salaries that, in addition to covering the workers’
needs, are capable of contributing to their social and economic development.
Likewise, the company’s work schedules are agreed with the worker’s Legal
Representation, with all attempts made to combine traditions, customs and work/life balance
with the production needs.

remunerated at a rate established under the applicable legislations.
Social Dialogue
We maintain a constant dialogue within our organization with the workers’ Legal
Representatives, as well as with the workers directly, and within the social environment with
Local Administrations, Technological Development and Training Entities, as well as the most
representative Employers’ and Workers' Associations relevant to our sector and to our activity.

condition that may be dangerous or harmful to the health of any member of the staff.
We provide all workers with the appropriate safety equipment for their functions as set
out in the occupational risk assessments, which are periodically reviewed whenever there are
notable changes in the organization, or as a result of the
application of new regulatory provisions.
We place special emphasis on specific situations which
pose a health risk, such as in the case of pregnant workers,
applying the technical and/or organizational measures necessary
for their control, or establishing the necessary restrictions for the
undertaking of their work in optimal safety conditions.
As part of our Occupational Risk Prevention Plan, any and
all accidents that occur in the workplace are recorded, investigated
and analyzed in order to minimize or eliminate the risk of their
repetition.
