With the aim of executing this project successfully, we organised our tasks so that each group member was assigned to their own objective. The pre-analysis section was a crucial fragment in the project, since it helped us get a clear understanding of what was required for the project and the key points. In order to begin the designing and the implementation side of things, we had to consider the look and feel of the website prototype, however more importantly, we had to think of a major company which we could use, in regards to CSR models and the company competencies. With a mixture fine graphics design and web development, we were able to produce a functional prototype website for our chosen company, w ith the focus o f the companyÕs impact o n our social m arket a lso with t he option of accessing t his information for implemented Meta tags, with relevant key words to the coding to achieve SEO optimization.

For this project based on Corporate Social Responsibility, our group chose to focus the Danish supermarket brand Netto, as well as their partner company, Dansk Supermarked. We selected Netto as our corporate company, as they focus on a variety of different CSR’s such as Value, Environment, Diversity, and People. We decided that we would take initiative in improving Netto’s poorly recognised CSR, as they are a company that benefit society and are socially aware - they support different types of aids ranging from language-teach-ing projects, refugee camps, ADHD, and benefitting the work la-bour market. This will be done by re-creating Netto’s CSR sub-page into a fully functional website, and increasing their optimization for search results.Netto’s CSR strategies are in connection with partner company, Dansk Supermarked’s, as Dansk Supermarked is a larger company that partners with a variety of Danish supermarket brands. A majori-ty of the companies in connection to Dansk Supermarked have CSR strategies based off theirs.

Defining Netto CSR Strategies Netto believes in taking responsibility in towards nature, natural wildlife and also just people in general. Consequently, Netto’s operations will always revolve around or be in proportion to their business model and the amount impact it will make on each of the individual elements, in regards to their CSR model – key elements, environment, value, diversity and the people.On that note, Netto has established its role as a representative as to how and where their goods are produced. This also relates to customer satisfaction, since we really value of customers feedback, and whether they are actually satisfied with the products they walk away with. Generally they require an overall clear sense of aware-ness as to how things operate, even with external business partners.The level of demand we have placed on our products does put a strain within our productions, however we constantly strive to maintain a high level of sustainability in our product range. As a result we take the environment and our society into huge consider-ation in our decision-making.

Netto’s and Dansk Supermarked’s (Partner Company) CSR Strategy:

1 Our People: We strongly urge that our employees have a safe working environment at all times, providing all necessary safety equipment corresponding to our risk assessments. giving the fact that working with integrity and trust, we ensure to be the best pos-sible employer in order to attract potential talents which we kindly accept for our business, whether it goes to stores, offices or ware-houses.

2 Our Community: We aim to give back and support our communi-ty, and just generally being a good neighbor wherever we operate. Store managers enjoy being involved with the locals, and constantly engage a positive influence towards the community. We ensure to make an impact towards communities by getting in-volved with local sporting events and helping with sponsoring, also take keen interests into the senior citizens club, assisting them with their annual auction events.

3 Our Climate and Environment: minimising the impact resulting from our business operations is highly valuable to our climate and environment, but also our business performance and outcomes. re-ducing energy and natural resource consumption and waste cuts will be a huge benefactor for our case and will encourage further business growth.

4 Our Suppliers/stakeholders: Good business always relies and re-volves around trust and integrity. Therefore we urge our customers to trust us and our services, and in turn we require full trust and confidence in our suppliers.

5 Our services/products: Product satisfaction is one of our top pri-orities, and customers expect our goods to be safe and also man-ufactured in a safe and responsible way, whilst still provided good quality products at reasonable low prices. We believe co-operating with our suppliers we ensure to secure responsible food trade operations, consequently we are a part of several international alliances, for instance Fair Trade reassuring us with safeguarding our supply-chain, from manufacturing stages to its final stage, customers.and of course we cannot miss the fact that this all goes back to giving back to societies. the international fairtrade label promotes financial, social and natural landscape sustainability towards farm and plantation workers throughout most of the third world nations.
