ATS Assets…

ATS has become one of the largest service providers in the region. With an international network of overseas

partners, ATS can provide a fully integrated global logistics and supply chain that will bring businesses across theworld closer together.

The movement of all (inbound or outbound) cargo can be tracked electronically, via ATS’s e-tracking system. Thisallows for far greater flexibility and convenience for the clients.

With a CFS (Container Freight Station) located in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, ATS is capable of de-consolidation, de-stuffing and from there, distribution to any destination in the Middle East, Africa, the Red Sea and the Mediterraneanregion.

FCL (Full Container Load)

Handled approximately 78000 TEUS (Twenty feet equivalent units) worldwide in 2014 and having contract rates withmajor carriers like Maersk, Safmarine, MSC, CSAV and CMA, gives ATS an edge over the rest. This ensures that clientsreceive the most competitive rates and service quality that is second-to-none.

ATS also owns Sea Asia Lines. Registered in Mauritius, this NVOCC (Non Vessel Operating Common Carrier) is branded

for ATS. The company also owns SOC (Shippers Own Containers). It offers regular FCL services to the Middle East andIndian Sub continent.

LCL (Less than Container Load)

Through its own offices and worldwide agents’ network, ATS offers LCL services globally. Upon de-consolidation at itsCFS (located in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai) ATS can then monitor the product till it is safely delivered to the client’sbroker or representative.

ATS offers weekly consolidation services to the entire Upper Gulf, Indian Sub Continent, Red Sea and Mediterranean

ports. They have earned a favorable reputation for timely delivery, using only the most reliable liner services.

OCEAN FREIGHT

Staying true to its mission, ATS remains committed to their clients and overseas partners. ATS is totally dedicated tomaking its air freight service competitive, but without compromising on quality.

Shipments can be delivered to any city in any country across all continents, whenever the client needs it. ATS operateschartered flights to destinations across the Middle East and Russia.

In addition to that, strategic relationships with all carriers flying into and out of the UAE ensure an obvious cost benefit.This benefit is passed on to the client in the form of cost-effectiveness. However, a high level of service is alwaysmaintained.

Sea / Air

Geographically, Dubai is a natural transit point for all major shipping lines. The city has infrastructure to complement itsstrategic location. Transfers between seaports and airports are quick and hassle-free. In addition to that, there are a lotof scheduled and unscheduled carriers operating passenger and freight flights. Together, this forms the perfect platformfor successful Sea-Air operations.

ATS capitalizes on this opportunity, and provides turnkey logistical support to industries relying on an effective supplychain system. This includes FMCG, fashion, footwear and electronics; amongst others.

Such efficient and quick Sea / Air service is a win-win situation for the clients. It saves at least 33% of the cost of usingall-air service. It takes 40% less time than an all-sea service.

ATS’ Sea / Air trade lines run across Asia, through Europe and Africa, and all the way to the United States. All shipmentsgo via Dubai – the strategic transit hub.

AIR FREIGHT

ATS operates its own fleet of trucks, trailers, tankers and Specialized equipments. Land transport servicesare offered not only within the UAE, but also to other destinations across the Middle East.

Having an in-house land transport division ensures prompt service to clients by understanding their preciserequirements and delivering on them through superior quality of service and timely deliveries.

With its own fleet of custom-built road tankers, ATS specializes in the handling and transportation ofhazardous and non-hazardous liquids and chemicals.

WAREHOUSING & DISTRIBUTION

Global supply chain is emerging as a critical success factor for manufacturers and retailers across variousindustries in face of intense competition. ATS recognizes customer’s needs for more effective solutions toenhance their ability to expand into new markets, by efficiently reducing inventory and facilities investment.

Located in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, ATS offers state-of-the-art warehousing and distribution facilities forgeneral and special cargo – including dangerous goods – across the region. Other facilities include packing,labeling and assembly services (at the CFS).

ATS provides its clients the facility of customs documentation and clearing resources throughout the UAE.

With a close relationship established with the relevant authorities, ATS ensures reliable clearing andforwarding of all Air, Sea and Overland cargo.

Clients can benefit from a complete package, which includes not only freight forwarding, but also Customsinspections for re-exports; enabling clients to claim their Customs duties.

OVERLAND TRANSPORT

ATS has its own liquid storage terminals located in the Hamriyah Free Zone in Sharjah, UAE. This state-of-artstorage terminal has an existing capacity of 41,000 cubic meters (with further expansion of another 60,000cubic meter in phase 3) for storing petrochemicals, chemicals, solvents, glycols, base oil, diesel, fuel oil, gas oil,vegetable oil, bitumen, and so on.

A dedicated deepwater berth makes it an ideal hub for break-bulk, transshipments and redistribution to theMiddle East, the Indian subcontinent and East Africa region.

We have a strong ambition to grow our Company to serve the demand of expanding customer base. Ourdiverse customer portfolio includes international oil traders, major oil companies, petrochemical producers,local fuel distributors and bunker suppliers.

PROJECTS

The concept of contract logistics is a rapidly emerging, with more and more clients preferring to rely on oneservice provider for complete logistical support for the entire project.
