• Concession for a Residual Water Treatment Plant, located in Chorrillos, Lima;

including the construction of the plant, the submarine emissary, the design and

construction of a new serving tunnel, and operation and maintenance of the plant

• Revenues of the Concession: Annual Service Payment equivalent to the sum of a

payment for the investment and payment for the operation and maintenance

• Term of the Concession: 25 years

• Sponsors: Graña y Montero 50% / Acciona Agua (Spain) 50%

• Estimated Investment: USD 100 million

• Revenues (Estimated): USD 11.1 million (annual)

La Chira Water Treatment Plant

• Concession of Line 1 of the Massive Transportation Electric System for Lima and

Callao, including the acquisition and operation of 24 trains (19 new), construction of

repairs patio. Line 1 extension is 33 Kms.

• Revenues of the Concession: Payment for Kms. traveled. Distances traveled

guaranteed by the Peruvian government (no traffic risk)

• Term of the Concession: 30 years

• Sponsors: Graña y Montero 75% / Ferrovías (Argentina) 25%

• Estimated Investment: USD 290 million

• Revenues / EBTIDA (Estimated): USD 77 million/ USD 32 million (annual)
