Beverly Towers Private Limited is a Company registered with Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana, and was incorporated on 27.06.2007.

We at BTPL, we combine global expertise with local approach. We are a new venture of ISS Retail. We are a value-centered performance-focused organization. Everything about our work place is designed so that employees can focus on performance. We believe talent potential can be fully explored and harnessed by regularly imparting specialized training and enhancing skill sets. We provide constant opportunities for honing our team member’s skills and in case of rare failures we look at it collectively as a team, deciphering the learning’s and help each other to turn things around. Our team members constantly find innovative ways and means to add fun at work and carry out employee engagement activities. This also helps to keep the communication channels open and uncluttered. We have meticulous policies to ensure a safe and harmonious workplace. • Mr. Swetank Shekhar (Visionary) An U.S.A. based N.R.I., M. Tech graduate from I.I.T., Kanpur, in the software industry for last 24 years, Office in and

other countries including India. Swetank Shekhar - Chief Strategy Officer and interim CEO (founder of ISS Retail)

• Mr. Prakash Kumar (Director Planning & Design) A Civil Engineer Graduate from R.I.T., Rourkela, running his own construction company for last 22 years in the eastern

part of India. Kumar Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is a leading real estate developer based in Patna, India. At present, KBC is working in Patna and Ranchi. The company is one of the leading builders in Bihar which has provided the maximum number of residential flats and commercial space in Bihar. KBC is committed to quality, trust and customer sensitivity, and deliver on promises with agility and financial prudence.

• Mr. Ravi Shekhar (Director Marketing) An M.B.A. graduate from U.K., having vast experience of import and export for last 7 years. Is the overall hand in the

marketing & success of our Jaipur project on Delhi – Ajmer Highway. He has been running the company successfully for the last one year of its formation along with the support & experience of the other directors, respectively. He is a man whose dynamic persona combined with the creativity and entrepreneurial vision is the foundation of a sound business mgt.
