Technical highlightsThe CORiTEC 350i and CORiTEC 350i Loader are the latest de-velopments of imes-icore and offer 5-axes-processing of all essen-tial materials of the dental fi eld; and that in a compact table version!
Both machines convince through its rigid chassis-construction as industrial version in steel/aluminium construction.
Due to the automated 20 times tool changer it is possible to place all the needed different kind of milling-tools into the tool changer. Also it is possible to place sparetools into the tool changer. The tool changer can be equipped individually and very easy as presently required.
The blankholder is designed to fi x standard 98 mm or 98,5 mm blanks. With these blanks it is possible to reach up to 35 units per blank.
The CORiTEC 350i Loader has additionally an automated blank changer. It is possible to place up to 12 blanks into the magazine which the machine automatically exchanges and proceeds the milling process. Due to the precise zero-point-clamping-system the blanks are fi xed save during the processing. Also it guarantees a trouble-free sequence during the blank change process. Already fi -nished blanks can be removed easily from the magazine also during the milling process. Thus, this kind of technology offers you a high value of automation.
The CORiTEC 350i without blank-changing-system can be upgraded also with a zero-point-clamping system as an option. With the zero-point-clamping-system it is possible to release the blank holder with the blank inside by pushing a button and then be taken out of the machine. Thus, the exchange of the blank is possible outside of the machine, e.g. if the machine is still processing the next blank. Furthermore the zero-point-clamping-system enables the easy and
fast usage of different adapter systems like premilled Abutments or CAD/CAM blocks (glass-ceramics, Lithium-Disilikate, etc.)Both machine systems are able to process all relevant materials of dental applications. In addition to the standard materials such as zirconium, PMMA, Wax or composites, it is also possible to process metal like CoCr or titanium. The integrated cooling liquid circle allows also wet-processing. Especially for materials like titanium, glass-ceramics or hybride-ceramics the wet-processing is indispen-sable. Also new high-performance plastic materials requires the processing with water-cooling.
With this equipment of the CORiTEC 350i you will get an intuiti-ve All-In-One-Solution in a compact design. If equipped with an automatic blank changer (Loader) high productivity and fl exibility is also assured. The CORiTEC 350i thus covers all claims of dental laboratories and leaves absolutely nothing to be desired!
