Cardio Formats305 Fitness® is an addictive, high-energydance class driven by non-stop DJ mixes. Itkeeps the heart rate up by combining easy-to-follow dance steps & strength work in anon-judgemental atmosphere for a full-body experience.

BODYCOMBAT™ is Les Mills' high-energynon-contact martial arts inspired workout,with roots in Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing,Muay Thai, Capoeira & Kung Fu.

Cardio Drumming moves to simplerhythms as you use the stability ball &weighted drumsticks for your own cardiojam session. The workout uses a variety ofmusic & choreography to get your heartrate up & have fun while you exercise!
