you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to
the end of the earth.” (Acts 1:8). Their preaching to begin in Jerusalem
when the Holy Spirit came upon them.

Acts 8:4-25 tells of the Evangelist Philip preaching in Samaria.
