And you need to bring some clean bottle that has sterilized before. You can do a simple way to sterilize it. Like put the bottle on the boiling water and use it immediately.Sylfia

: Next, open your clothes and your bra. Dont forget to make sure about your environment.Sylfia

: Then start pump it. The technique is to put your finger with four finger at the upper part of your breast and your thumb on your bottom part of breast. And other hand to put the bottle near your nipple.Sylfia

: Like this?Jasmine

: Exactly. Now, push all of your finger to your nipple. Do some massage. Dont be to hard, you may see some milk come from your nipple. Just still do it until your breast stop producing milk. Now change to another breast.Sylfia

: Alright i got it. So you just pump it until the bottle was full?Jasmine

: Thats up to you. If you have enough time, its okay for you to spend time to pumping your milk, so you dont need to do that so often.Sylfia

: But how with the milk?Jasmine

: You could store it in the refrigerator and it could last for more than a day.Sylfia

: Waw thats great!Jasmine

: You may practice at home right?

: Yeah i will.. Whats next?Jasmine

: Now i will help you to get a right position to breastfeed your baby.Sylfia

: Okay the first step to breast feed your baby is bring your baby close to you. As close as you could. And make sure your baby's body still in a right position. And then stick your areola to your baby's mouth. Make sure all of your areola part is on your baby's mouth. So your baby could push your gland to produce more milk.Sylfia

: But is it okay for the baby?

: It is okay. It wouldnt close your baby's nose. Oh, you have to look that the bottom part of your baby's lip is came out, not getting inside your baby's mouth.Sylfia

: Exactly. Now your position is right. Lastly if your baby is full already, you will find your baby stop sucking your nipple and sleep..Sylfia
