HORIZONTAL: Social inclusion

Description

Please describe the motivation for your project and explain why it should be funded.

Punitive techniques used to deal with student violence, It does not provide students with the right behavior and does not develop the ability to manage interpersonal conflicts and conflicts with constructive and peaceful approaches. Therefore, it is thought that the reduction and prevention of student violence in the school environment can only be achieved by providing the students with the ability to manage interpersonal conflicts and conflicts through constructive-restorative ways. Many teachers and schools, conflict resolution and peer mediation approach It prefers and applies as an alternative to the traditional discipline concept for reducing disciplinary problems. Although there is no official record of implementation of programs similar to conflict resolution training in the United States, there are approximately 86,000 public schools, about 20,400 programs have been implemented. Widespread application of such educational programs in Western societies as in America It is believed. The main objective of conflict resolution and peer mediation training programs to strengthen students' constructive solutions to conflicts. This process is a change of the problem from the solution of the problem through an adult and a power in the understanding of traditional discipline, to solve the problem through the facilitation of the person himself or his peer, and to make a self-determination and practice. By solving their own conflicts, the students themselves are strengthened and become self-directed and resolve by their own conflicts. The basic need of all schools in the project partner is to leave conflicts in the school environment students; conflict resolution, negotiation and social life skills. For this purpose, teachers and students need training. Although local students Although there are trainings on violence prevention. A training plan prepared according to universal principles and its contents are not included in the literature. In order to combine the experiences of all schools and create an international education plan, 6 schools met in this project with 6 LTT events. Each school will form one leg of the plan and transfer its own experiences to other schools, resulting in a unified training plan. End-of-Project Mediator Teacher Training Book, Mediator Student Training Book, Mediation Skills Book for Dezavanatjlı and Migrant Students, Book of Mediation Terms and Difficulties and Solutions in Mediation Revealed It will be removed. Project website will be created and all activities will be published on this site. The countries that want to solve the conflicts between students through mediation method will apply the mediation system in their schools by using these outputs and educational plan. There is a need for a multinational study for the mediator student education plan and outputs

These units will establish a climate of peace in schools, reduce student violence in schools, and increase the academic success of students Inclusion will help us achieve our priority. Students' own problems they are capable of understanding the nature of themselves, having the ability to understand the nature of disputes, to think solution-oriented, to develop their leadership skills, to develop communication, speech and critical thinking skills that will carry them to every point of their life. With the activities we will perform in the 2nd LTT and the Mediator Student Education Book, we will realize our skills to gain the skills and competence by providing these skills to our students. The students will be able to express their social skills in order to increase their skills of effective communication skills and adapt to social life. Will perform. The reason why we choose the School in Zychlin from Complex Poland: The Erasmus + project experience and the participation of the Complex School in Zychlin teachers are al ede peer counseling and participation in the fight against bullying alık deneyim and they implement these trainings within their own schools. Teachers have the ability to develop teachers' competences in conflict resolution. have the necessary training experience in the education system. Scoala Gimnaziala from Romania Our reason for choosing ”Ion Creanga n: Scoala Gimnaziala da The Ion Creanga school should have three years of experience in combating peer bullying and violence, similar to the mediation system. Negotiating students three-year experience of school teachers to gain skills The reason why this study took place at the 2nd Vocational High School of Giannitsa school in Greece is that the mediation student system is currently being implemented in the local educational policies where the school is located. The school has an erasmus project experience. The reason why working in CEIP TAGOROR school in Spain is: The school has already implemented a K219 project and has a project cycle experience The nomination of the Isttuto Comprensico Statale Antonio Ugo school from Italy is due to the fact that there are immigrant students from African and Asian countries at school and they follow educational policies that will provide disadvantaged students with social life skills to express themselves. Ziya Gökalp Secondary School and Scoala Gimnaziala mus Ion Creanga G from Romania do not have an erasmus project experience. other partner schools with project experience will provide technical support by assigning a consultant from the project management teams to the project cycle system, pedagogical preparation, cultural preparation, foreign language preparation, security, travel and project budget. Although the coordinator school has no such application, the coordinator school is level of experience, the human resources and the institutional capacity of the mediator student system are sufficient to carry out this project. During the implementation of the project the support will be provided by other experienced partners.

Please provide a translation in English. This summary will be publicly available in case your

project is awarded. Negotiation is a way of working together (win-win) with those who have similar or different interests

and needs and wish to reach a common agreement. If people can not solve common problems, they

should strive to solve common problems in the guidance and facilitation of a third person instead of

violence against each other. The guiding, facilitating and guiding of this third person is called

mediation / peacemaking. "Through the Conflict Resolution, Negotiation and Peer-Mediator /

Peacemaker project, we believe that we will contribute to the long-term initiatives for social peace and

reconciliation, which have recently been discussed at the national level. to give young people the

ability to manage conflicts and disputes on a personal level in a constructive and peaceful manner. We

believe that the idea of peace began in the individual. We believe that a peaceful society can be

realized by raising peaceful and compromising individuals. In the future, the greatest reduction of

cultural, ethnic, religious and class conflict situations can be achieved by increasing the number of

individuals who can manage their differences non-violently. For this reason, we believe that the school

environment, different levels of physical-social-emotional-moral development, different religious,

sectarian, ethnic and cultural characteristics and different sexes, age, these students will be more

peaceful and reconciliatory. For this reason, as a concrete approach, we need to educate and

reconcile our future adults peacefully. We believe that the skills of peace, reconciliation and

coexistence in our social culture should be presented in the educational settings as problem-solving

abilities of our students. We believe that our students should be trained as mediators, mediators and

leaders to have more serious problems tomorrow. In a safe environment like school, we believe that

even if adults can solve conflicts and conflicts between students' peers and solve with the support of

peer mediators / peace-loving people, we believe that these skills will be carried into their social lives.

The "Negotiator-Mediator-Leader-Learners" project, is an integrated activity consisting of 6 training

programs in which the specialties of the schools in the country are brought together and maintained.

Each of the project partners submits their expertise in their field of activity to the other partners. A book

to be used after the project will include a student, a teacher education book, a glossary of mediator

student system terms, a book of social skills to improve mediation skills of disadvantaged students and

immigrant students, and a book on mediating problems and solutions. Project 6 LTT activity is
