Year 2017-18: What a fantastic year we have had at RAS. Many milestones were achieved in regard to production numbers, highest number of components produced, highest number of die casting strokes, highest number of components painted, self-reliance on ingot making, using molten to molten, maximum number of HR trainings at all levels, to name a few. Well-done Team RAS!Innovation: Investing continuously in our processes, quality, culture, optimization, automation, trainings & motivations of our HR and most importantly safety of our employees. RAS believes in innovation and staying ahead of the game. Best global practices and systems are being employed to make this vision a reality. 'Innovation at all levels' is the motto this company is thriving on.4-wheeler: Pak Auto industry is evolving and going through a very interesting phase. Many new global brands are entering and we will see lots of excitement in this small 300,000 per annum industry, which is expected to grow to 500,000 in the next 5 years. And as it hits 500,000 many global parts suppliers would be entering and RAS wants to be ready at the time to be the premium supplier for the die casting needs of all automotive players in this sector.2-wheeler: Still exponentially growing for some and correcting for others, the 2-wheeler sector is soon to be touching the sizeable 3 million mark. Year 2017-18, RAS has truly placed themselves as the market leaders in supplying engine components to all the major brands. Ready to face the challenges of the Chinese manufacturers now entering this sector, RAS is looking to further enhance their market share in 18-19.

RAS built “Al-Noor Jamia Masjid” at Sundar Industrial Estate, for the people of whole industrial area. This is the largest Jamia Masjid in S.I.E.

Ravi NamaTechnical Facility Up-gradation

Raw material management is the major challenge in Supply Chain Management operations. In order to keep company competitive among business competitors, RAS always strived to find new ways and keep in time its tradition of investing in technological up-gradation. A complete brand new central aluminum melting facility has been set up which includes state of the art equipment along with best industrial practices both in manufacturing process and work safety.


Holding furnaces are introduced as a replacement of traditional cast iron furnaces to support the central melting aluminum facility. The material used in the furnaces assures good quality products and an increased life of furnace equipment.

To cater the need of customers and in line with our promise of timely delivery, a new 500 ton machine is introduced on the Die-Casting floor. The capacity enhancement is on average of 30,000 components per month.
