From sketch to architectural proposal, Wernick willtake your initial proposals and concepts to design a building that meets your needs. Our experiencedteam are able to progress the project through allstages of development including all regulations,planning, consents, manufacture, site installation and groundworks, plus landscaping.

Initial proposals and concepts are the starting point for in-depth discussions which allow us to fully interpret your requirements and design.

Working in partnership with architects

While we can undertake the whole project, includingthe design, Wernick often works in co-operationwith an architectural practice. This relationshipgives the architect the freedom to provide an initialdesign brief which is then converted to modularproduction drawings by our in-house team, whoalso carry out the overall project management.

Manufacture

Wernick’s steel frame Rapidplan™ 3000 buildingsare manufactured under strict quality controlledconditions to ISO 9001:2008 managementstandard. While the building is undermanufacture at our factory, site works cancommence, reducing the overall contract period.

Foundations & building delivery

Each module is manufactured to maximize theability to fit-out services and decoration offsite,ensuring quality throughout. Multi-storeybuildings are created by stacking the modules.

Building regulations & planning

We have an experienced in-house team coveringall required skills including CAD designers andcontracts managers. Our specialist constructiondivision will overview and carry out the site worksand completion of your building. Wernick alsomaintain an approved list of structural engineersand specialist sub-contractors who we employ tocarry out the site works under the direction of ourown contracts team.

Your finished modular building

Every finished Wernick building comes asstandard with a 25 year structural warrantyand a 5 year warranty* for the generalexternal fabric of the building. A design lifespan of over 60 years** is expected.

Environmentally friendly options
