AVflex®

GreenSpace®

flexible & secure

AVflex® GreenSpace® provides an energy saving building which is not only flexible in its design but also packed with robust anti-vandal features.

High security protection is provided by heavy-duty security shutters and doors fitted with insurance approved deadlocks.

AVflex® eliminates the need for traditional linking corridors between adjoining units which reduces the overall on-site footprint.

The internal layout of the AVflex® can be tailored to suit individual site needs. The buildings can be open plan or partitioned to create individual offices, staff areas or meeting rooms.

The internal fixtures and fittings include double sockets, three compartment IT trunking, LED lighting and panel heaters as standard.

Welfare and ablution facilities including toilets, showers and drying facilities can also be provided.

The units can be finished in client bespoke livery schemes and supplied with a number of additional options including furniture, comfort cooling and showers.

can also visit your proposed site to assess suitability and access for delivery. If reducing your carbon footprint is important, our in-house experts can advise you on suitable features which can cut your carbon emissions and energy bills.

Transport & Lifting Operations

In advance of delivery one of our appointed persons will visit site to draw up a lift plan. Modules are delivered to site on suitable vehicles and lifted into position using a mobile crane. The whole process is supervised by suitably qualified personnel.

Installation

Once the modules are in position our installation team will work through the building making it ready for occupation.

Following completion of installation, your building will be personally handed over by a member of our contracts team.

Maintenance

Maintenance support for your units is included as part of the hire package.
