Ages: 4 to 14 years old. Required Equipment: Ice hockey helmet with cage, elbow pads, gloves, cup,

shin guards, shoulder pads, pants, and stick. Rental skates can be used at no charge. Equipment can be purchased at Cool Sports Pro Shop.

Requirements: Must have passed SS3 or Basic 2 in our Learn to Skate. Notes: Multiple sessions may be needed to be proficient and move into our Spring league or travel ice hockey clubs (Stars or Rough Riders).

Have fun while learning the fundamentals of ice skating! Children 4 yrs. old up to Adults

Each 50 minute class consists of a 25 minute group lesson and a 25 minute supervised practice session.

Parents can skate with their child during the practice session for a small fee, to find out how please ask at the front desk.

HELMET RULE: Children under the age of 7 are required to wear a bike or hockey helmet.
