Now you can view insurance claims and make healthcare payments directly from the HSA Bank Member Website. Consumer Claims Sync makes it easy to import insurance claims and EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) into the myHealth PortfolioSM dashboard, allowing you to take control of your out-of-pocket health expenses.

Get StartedEnrollment is easy. Just follow these simple steps to opt in to Consumer Claims Sync.

1. Log into the Member Website at myhsabankaccount.com.

2. Click on “Link Healthcare Claim Data” in the Message Center.

3. Select “Yes, link my healthcare claim data” to opt in to Consumer Claims Sync. If at any time you wish to opt out of Consumer Claims Sync, you can select “No, I do not want to link my healthcare claim data.”

4. In the next screen, select “Yes, I want to provide my healthcare insurance account information to link my plan(s).”

IMPORTANT: You may receive a pop-up blocker. If so, you must allow for pop-ups so the next Health Expense screen can open in a new window.

myHealth Portfolio is a self-service consumer dashboard designed to help the user make informed health finance decisions.

7. You will be alerted on the homepage when new expenses are ready to review.

It may take up to 24 hours to completely link your insurance accounts. Once successfully linked, you can view your claims on the myHealth Portfolio tab.

6. Once you have navigated back to the Member Website, you will be presented with a summary of steps you just completed. On this screen, you will need to click on the link to open and read the Terms of Service. If the terms are acceptable, then click on the box “I have read, understand, and agree to the Terms and Conditions.” Next, click “Submit.”

Once completed, you will be redirected to the homepage where you will see the message: “Setup complete, it may take up to 24 hours to completely link your insurance accounts.”

5. A new window will open in your browser. Simply follow the steps to enter your insurance company and login information to link your account.

IMPORTANT: Once you complete the process on the Health Expense pages, you must return to the Member Website and finish the remaining steps below.

Have Dental and Vision Claims?

You can link multiple insurance acounts by repeating Step 4 of the enrollment process.

Just click on “Insurance Accounts” and then “Link Additional Accounts.”
