M J Turley & AssociatesM J Turley & Associates offers a comprehensive range of professional services including quantity surveying, construction cost control and integrated project management; the function of these services is to maintain budget control within construction projects. Since its founding in 1979, the firm has worked with a number of leading clients in both the private and public sectors. As Chartered Quantity Surveyors, we understand the importance of cost control and practice to achieve this. We have developed extensive systems which enable our clients to deliver their projects, on time and on budget.

Project ManagementIn our role as the Project Manager we act as the Owner’s Representative and work on the client’s behalf as a third party independent consultant. We act solely in the best interest of our client, communicating project issues and allowing our clients to make informed decisions in a timely manner, so the progress of the project is not impeded.

Quantity Surveying/Cost ManagementConcord International provides a comprehensive approach to Cost Management that reduces the risk of project cost overruns. We achieve this by integrating our multi-disciplined staff of estimators, quantity surveyors and construction management personnel with our state of the art estimating software and technology.

Consultancy ServicesConcord International has the flexibility necessary to provide our clients with specific consultancy services on an ala carte basis so as to meet its cleints specific needs at any stage of a project.

Real Estate Advisory ServicesConcord International provides Real Estate Advisory Services for clients who are Owners or Lenders acquiring commercial property. We assist with a full range of integrated consulting services for real estate investments. Whether the client is a lender, a developer or equity investor, our services protect their interests and assist in realizing the maximum benefit from their real estate investment or financing.

What is the relationship between Concord International and The Concord Group?Concord International (CI) is a subsidiary of The Concord Group (TCG) and brings together, in a single entity, the expertise of TCG’s 21 years of Project Management/Cost Management experience with the 38 years of Quantity Surveying/Cost Management experience of our local partner, the Chartered Quantity Surveying firm of Michael J. Turley & Associates.
