Online Account Management ToolsCut down on paperwork and save on postage by managing and paying your bill online. Once you have successfully signed up for E-Statement you will be able to view an electronic version of your statement, sort your calls and information and see service details. In addition, paperless billing is available at no charge.

Auto Payment:Have your payment automatically deducted from your bank account each month. To keep you informed of your charges and long distance calls, we’ll continue to send you an itemized statement each month that’s marked “Bank Deduct - Do Not Pay”.

Manual Payment:

Paperless Billing:

When you use E-Statement through Polar, you have the ability to log in and make your payment each month as you choose. It doesn’t matter how you receive your bill from us. Manual payment can be used as long as you set up your E-Statement Account.

Step-by-step instructions can be found on our website at thinkpolar.com and clicking on “E-Statement”

To stop receiving a printed bill in the mail each month, click on Settings then General. Select Web bill only to change your preferences.
